Choose from two powertrains. They both deliver an exceptionally smooth driving experience.

Single Motor Extended Range This option combines the rear motor with a larger 69 kWh battery. This extends the SUV's range for longer and more frequent trips. An advanced inverter in the motor boosts efficiency so that you can drive further on a single charge.

Twin Motor Performance With front and rear motors, this powertrain maximises the larger 69 kWh battery for instant torque from a standstill, seamless acceleration and enhanced all-wheel drive stability. This powertrain defaults to rear-wheel drive for efficiency but uses both motors for grip and stability when needed. Manually turn on Performance All-wheel Drive mode for continuous use.

One pedal drive Both powertrain options include one pedal drive to improve efficiency and make driving smoother. Speed up or slow down using just the accelerator. Keep your foot off, and the car will brake to a standstill.

Scandinavian-inspired design

The EX30 exterior captures the essence of Scandinavian design with beautiful details that are also practical. From improving aerodynamics to housing vital sensors, every aspect of the exterior blends form and function. The result is an SUV that's distinctive – and distinctly electric.

Black roof and spoiler

A roof spoiler adds a sporty touch to the exterior and improves aerodynamic efficiency. It also cleverly hides a brake light and rear wiper washer nozzle. The standard black roof with colour-coordinated spoiler emphasises the car’s low centre of gravity, adding to its athletic stance on the road.

Two wheel designs

Exclusive new wheels are designed to be light and aerodynamic for improved handling and energy efficiency. They’re available in a 19-inch size.

The diamond-cut designs, on the Single Motor Extended Range, use sharp angles and hidden bolts to create the illusion of larger wheels with extended spokes. And glossy black inserts contrast beautifully with the wheel’s aluminium surfaces. The Cross Country offers matt graphite wheels with slightly contrasting matt black aero inserts, adding to the car’s rugged appearance.

Dynamic 5-seater

The EX30 delivers the utility SUV drivers love in a scaled-down package. It hits the right notes style-wise, too, with a high ground clearance, balanced proportions and confident stance. And despite its size, it's a comfortable 5-seater suited to an active lifestyle.

High-visibility LED light

Our signature Thor’s Hammer headlights have a wide, segmented design and adjustable height. The long LED light pattern provides excellent visibility, and you can automatically switch between low and full beams to avoid dazzling other drivers.

The C-shaped rear lights feature two sections that sit flush with the car body, adding to the SUV’s seamless appearance.

Look for the welcome or farewell light sequence as you approach or leave the car – a friendly twinkle to mark every trip.

Spacious boot

The boot of your EX30 can hold up to 400 litres. Fold down the rear seat backrests to bump that up to 1000 litres, including a 61-litre compartment under the boot floor.

The inner wheel arches are pushed out of the way to widen the boot and create a flat floor. Lower the boot floor to stow heavy or bulky items – it’s simple enough to do with one hand.

The power-operated tailgate opens with the touch of a button outside the car or on the centre display.

Raised ride height

Extra height improves ground clearance, so rough tracks and steep curbs are easier to handle. You also get a more commanding view behind the wheel.
